Steph Brown is probably better known as the face behind the keyboards for Fredericks Brown, one of New Zealand’s best. Currently based in Brooklyn, Steph has now gone solo with LIPS, and she’s already making some serious waves in the blogosphere with her latest track, ‘Everything To Me’. Taking a chilled bedroom style of production and coupling it with her adorable soft-spoken vocals, Brown has managed to create a hazily beautiful track that haunts the mind for hours after listening. If Steph Brown can pull off more songs like ‘Everything To Me’, it’s safe to say LIPS will be huge in the near future.
