Bassnectar sure likes to tease. In his latest remix of Immigraniada by Gogol Bordello, a Gypsy punk band from the Lower East Side of Manhattan, he sprinkles just enough dubstep aggression in between the track to create a devastating on and off relationship. With only 2 beautifully crafted transitional drops, Bassnectar leaves us wanting for more (as always). This track is not only a lead up to the album lauch but also Bassnectar’s first ever Bass Island at Governor’s Island in New York City. This event will feature not only Bassnectar, but Lupe Fiasco, Z-Trip, Prefuse 73, Virtual Boy, Dave Nada, and Joro Boro. Massive!
