Over the weekend, Daniel Rossen of Grizzly Bear released this acoustic demo from 2009 on his Soundcloud, claiming it was “too old to work on anymore and won’t see the light of day in any other format.” Call it a demo, but it’s still got all the makings of a quality track: it’s sparse, light, but delightfully touching — much like Rossen’s work on his excellent Silent Hour/Golden Mile EP that he released earlier in the year.
