Hit-Boy definitely had to call in a few favors to make this one possible. “Cypher” is a jam-packed collaboration between the past, present, and future of hip-hop. Along with HS87 crew members like Kent M$ney, Audio Push, and B Mac The Queen, we also have a slew of other talented emcees like ScHoolboy Q, Casey Veggies, Xzibit, Rick Ross, Method Mad, Redman, and Raekwon bombarding the mic. Each rapper take turns absolutely assaulting the beat, almost in the order of their birth. It’s definitely worth a few spins, just to make sure you don’t miss any brilliant bars between this collection of talented dudes. This track is set to be featured on the upcoming HS87 compilation album, All I’ve Ever Dreamed Of, dropping March 12th.
