Swedish band, Little Dragon, released their anticipated fourth studio album a couple days ago and it has already received quite a bit of critical acclaim. Building off that momentum, they released a brand new remix with a couple unlikely collaborators–experimental lo-fi producer Nosaj Thing and Atlanta’s auto-tuner Future.
As expected, Nosaj strips down “Klapp Klapp,” a pretty upbeat song, into a beautifully layered and intricate cut that matches the relaxing vocals of Little Dragon’s Yukimi Nagano. Future makes his brief appearance at the 2:15 point and does a good job of keeping with the vibe although its still a bit of an unusual combination. This one’s perfect for late nights.
