In The No Air
“In The No Air” switches back and forth effortlessly, pulling you in and out of what seems like a psychedelic dream, only to place you back in reality, strutting down the street with a head-nodding confidence only music is capable of providing. We wouldn’t expect much less, though, given what we’ve come to know from previous works released by this this Brussels-based act.
Comprised of band leaders Lucien Fraipont and Gaspard Ryelandt, as well as live accompanying members Daniel Bleikolm, Leo Campbell, and Jakob Warmenbol the quirky and unpredictable Robbing Millions is set to release their debut LP, which is eponymously titled. We’re lucky enough to bring you an early taste of this imaginative body of work, which should have you eager to pre-order the November 25th release.
If you’re hoping to get helplessly enveloped by a song this Monday morning, look no further. Once you’re walked into the experience by playful vocal hums and forward-facing guitar strums, the hefty bassline, Brit-pop-esque verses and dream state-style choruses will have you swirling, deep inside your own mind. Which, if you’re struggling to ease into the day, might be just the thing you need.
