[Hip-Hop] Chance The Rapper & Noname Gypsy – Israel (Sparring)

Chance The Rapper & Noname Gypsy
Israel (Sparring)

A week after releasing his surprise mixtape with Lil B, Chance The Rapper is back again with some dope new material. Produced by Cam O’bi, “Israel (Sparring)” is a relatively low-key tune that features Channo kicking a few laid-back bars alongside frequent collaborator, Noname Gypsy. Don’t let the mellow vibes fool you though, as the introspective cut boasts some of the sharpest rhymes we’ve heard all year. There’s no clues yet on the status of Chance’s next solo project, but with his Family Matters tour set to begin later this fall, we hope that means even bigger things are in store for the future.

Rockie Fresh
Hesitate (Prod. By Peezy & Cam)

Although Rockie Fresh has been signed to Maybach Music Group for a little over two years now, his debut album has yet to see the light of day. While we still eagerly anticipate the project, chances are it’ll still be some time before we get a chance to hear it, with releases from Stalley, Wale and the boss Rick Ross all on the way in the next few months. Nevertheless, we’ll continue to support, and are excited to hear some new material from the Chitown spitter. Working with local talents Peezy and Cam, this new track finds Rockie spitting introspective bars over a soulful, piano-driven instrumental. Clocking in at just 2:15, “Hesitate” is a rather short track, but should serve as a scrumptious appetizer for what the talented emcee’s been cooking up.
