A completely experimental new take on Lana Del Rey’s National Anthem, Das Racist bring heavy vocal manipulation over his thick verses creating a fresh new sound. Still awkward in its presentation, this new redition will keep you entertained from start to finish.

Lana del Rey – Video Games (Adrian Lux & Blende Remix)
Was not expecting to like this remix as much as I do. But with names like Adrian Lux and Blende making its way int he title, I had to give it a chance. Lana del Rey may have lost it its hype a few months back but this funky electro-infused disco track just might make her relevant again. Ok that is a stretch but it certainly is no reason to skip this amazing remix by Adrian Lux and Blende. Enjoy
Remix out in Sweden June 16th on Universal Records, get it now on iTunes.
[Trap] Flosstradamus – Lana’s Theme [Free Download]
We hold Mad Decent, Diplo’s own label, to be one of the most innovative and influential labels in today’s time. Since its conception they have single handedly contributed in the popularization of Brazilian baile funk, Angolan kuduro, Moombahton and of course Trap.
Today Flosstradamus, the stage name of Chicago-based DJs J2K (Josh Young) and Autobot (Curt Cameruci), surprised us with what we thought would be an unassuming remix of Lana Del Rey. We could not have been more misguided. Leave it to the 30 second mark for Flosstradamus to flip things around into an addictive and refreshing trap beat that although independent, it organically combines with Mrs Del Ray soothing vocals to produce one coherent track. [House] Lana Del Rey – Video Games (LA Riots & GTA Remix)
Brooklyn-based singer / songwriter Lana Del Rey tells the kinds of sad stories in her songs that remind us of love lost and old friends. As one of the brightest stars in the “sad core” scene, Del Rey’s voice carries us along through the bad times to the good ones waiting just over the horizon. Her single “Video Games” is brought to new life by remixers GTA from Miami and LA Riots of, well, LA. With an underwater bass line over epic trance chords their production style goes well with the sad core theme even if it isn’t the most original sound we’ve heard lately. Fans of GTA can catch them on tour supporting Laidback Luke this spring and LA Riots are always on the move so we’re sure to see more of them in 2012 as well. Enjoy the preview below!
[Remix] Lana Del Rey – Blue Jeans (Kris Menace Edit)
Kris Menace is kind of a big deal in the electric world, having collaborated with Röyksopp, Bag Raiders, Felix da Housecat, and Moby just to name a few. Now, he has tried his hand with a song from the internet’s favorite artist to remix right now- lana Del Ray. The song “Blue Jeans” stays prevalent in Menace’s edit, the vocal parts in tact. His additions give the track a swirling, cosmic, feel that gently pushes the original song in the direction it probably should have one in the first place.
“Blue Jeans” was originally released with “Video Games” and will be put out officially on April 8th boasting some other remixed tracks.
Lana Del Rey – Without You (Kill Paris Remix) [Dubstep]
No matter the drama surrounding Lana Del Rey nowadays, her emotion-filled vocals seem to be the perfect match for EDM producers to exploit. Upcoming proucer Kill Paris transforms the sweet, soft and longing song ‘Without You’by Lana Del Rey into a powerful slow-burn dubstep track. The productions is just flawless as Kill Paris manipulates her vocals into ever growing intricate vocal loops layered on a backdrop of carefully crafted wobbles and filtered electronics.
