Star Slinger‘s such a nice guy. In anticipation of certain tour dates, he’s been known to prepare epic, nearly hour-long mixtapes. He did one for a London show not too long ago, and now in celebration of his December 27th concert at the Paris Social Club, he’s delivered yet another goodie. If you aren’t already trying to squeeze the catchphrase “Bitch, don’t kill my vibe” into everyday conversation, Star Slinger is here to give you yet another reason to start. While traveling to London the producer laid down this “refix” of the soon-to-be-classic Kendrick Lamar joint. He throws the original into overdrive, speeding it up and effectively giving it a very club-ready polish. The translation into a dance track is nearly flawless. Download below!

Little Dragon – Sunshine (Star Slinger Remix)

Here’s a legitimate question: Does British producer Star Slinger ever sleep? It seems as though he’s got his hands in just about every major project out there. And that’s in addition to his own original creations! This time around he turns his attention towards “Sunshine,” a funky synthy gem from Swedish indie pop group Little Dragon. After Star’s worked his remix magic, it’s a suave, but electrifying dance floor number. It gets down with exuberance, while still holding onto the original’s groove. Check out both versions below.

Cities Aviv – Gallery Gurlz (Prod. by Star Slinger)

Promising Memphis rapper Cities Aviv has been quiet as of late, after releasing his well-received debut Digital Lows in 2011. But he’s back with a little taste of the future in the form of “Gallery Gurlz,” produced by none other than Star Slinger. It’s pretty damn good for a demo, and can only mean that the final product has the makings to be a real knockout. Now we just have to play the waiting game.
