[Hip-Hop] Curren$y – New Jet City (Mixtape)
[Hip-Hop] Tyga – Molly ft Wiz Khalifa and Mally Mal
There is no denying that Molly has become a staple in rap music and party anthems everywhere. From to Trinidad James to Juicy J, this infectious little pill or powder form has been boasted and dropped by rappers for the past year. So with this exposure to ecstasy inducing drug, there was only a matter of time before a rapper took the chance to make a song dedicated to it, enter Tyga. The YMCMB rapper flows over the synth-heavy computerized beat sampled from Ricky Gervais‘ “Molly”. Bringing in the weed-toting Wiz Khalifa and newcomer Mally Mall to drop a couple bars about big bank accounts and love for MDMA, this addictive banger may just be as big of a hit in the clubs and radios as Tyga’s “Do My Dance”. Both singles can be heard on the young emcee’s upcoming album Hotel California, dropping March 26th.

[Hip-Hop] Curren$y – Choosin’ ft. Wiz Khalifa & Rick Ross (Prod. Lex Luger)
Everyone’s favorite stony wordsmith, Curren$y, blesses us today with the first single from his upcoming mixtape featuring hip-hop heavyweights Lex Lugar, Wiz Khalifa and Rick Ross. On “Choosin'” the New Orleans based emcee starts things off with a slow, bravado-filled verse fitting perfectly with Lugar’s slapping, 808-heavy beat. Wiz comes with a solid verse and Rick Ross delivers exactly what we have come to expect from him, which is good or bad depending on your musical taste. Hopefully Curren$y and Wiz Khalifa’s second collaborative project is on the way soon, but this should definitely help hold fans over in the meantime. Stream this dope track below look out for Jet Life City, which drops Super Bowl Sunday (February 3rd). Go 9ers!
[Hip-Hop] Juicy J – In The Stars (ft. Wiz Khalifa)
Yesterday, veteran producer and emcee, Juicy J, solidified his hip-hop re-emergence as his strip club anthem “Bandz A Make Her Dance” went gold. While his music rarely strays from those topics most familiar in mainstream hip-hop, Juicy’s music has definitely had an impact on the current sound of the genre. On his latest track he feature his current boss, Wiz Khalifa, for a cloudy, trapped out banger. Although “In the Stars” does not prove particularly original from a content perspective, it demonstrates Juicy’s unique flow and ear for hits. Stream and download below and look out for Juicy J’s upcoming album, Stay Trippy, due out later this year.
[Hip-Hop] Wiz Khalifa – Bluff (ft. Cam’ron)
As he prepares for the release of his sophomore studio album, Wiz Khalifa recruits Harlem veteran Cam’ron for the latest glimpse into the anticipated project. “Bluff” carries a light, hazy feel with Wiz’s most recent staggered flow accompanied by a strong, gritty verse from the leader of the Diplomats. Per usual, Khalifa’s melodies are on point as well.
The releases from O.N.I.F.C. thus far have been of high quality and diverse styles, offering hope for any loyal fans who may have been put off by his debut. Stream below and make sure to grab the album when it drops on December 4th.

Miguel – Adorn (Remixes By Wiz Khalifa, Grafh, Busta Rhymes)
R&B crooner Miguel has had an explosive career. From his early works with Blu&Exile to his critically acclaimed and popular debut album All I Want is You, he has re-shaped the game with his unique style. With his latest release, Miguel takes a more unconventional route and delivers a mixtape series, Art Dealer Chic and Kaleidoscope Dream: The Air Preview, in preparation for his upcoming sophomore release Kaleidoscope Dream. One of the standout singles from these previews was the smooth, sultry single “Adorn”. Being one of the strongest singles Miguel has dropped since his debut, it was only a matter of time before rappers hopped on for the remix.
Stepping onto the first remix is the Pittsburgh emcee Wiz Khalifa. Not changing the beat, Khalifa keeps the same smooth vibe of the original and adds on a kush-laced rhyme. His addition is probably the most official and available for download here.
New comer Grafh delivers his lyrical talents to keep the sexual mood in the beginning of the track. Breaking down a night of what the Jamaica Plains, NY emcee wants to do to the female listeners, he does his best to spit game over the already sensual beat.
Ever since Busta Rhymes was signed to YMCMB, he has been on his hustle with single released and a free mixtape. With this latest remix to “Adorn”, Rhymes collabs with Reek Da Villain and J-Doe to deliver the most rap-heavy, with an added auto-tune, of the three mixes.
