Here’s a feel-good tune for all of you who are stressed out with exams and work. Italian producer Addal released this remix of a Sirena tune titled “Chemicals”, and it hits us right in the feels. Addal is known for making quality music that possesses a heavy emotional appeal. Stripping down Sirena’s track and adding in a downtempo drumbeat, Addal creates a tune so relaxing and wonderful it’ll make you ponder life. What happens when indie dance meets tropical house? The answer lies in this Cazzette remix by house specialists Hotel Garuda, which consists of Manila Killa & Candle Weather, and Thero. The electronic trio’s ever-changing sound is what catches our attention, and their true talent shines through on this track. The original vocal sample is used to drive the tune, accompanied by bold drum beats and tropical synth. The killer sax melody that comes in after definitely stole the spotlight for this track, which also marks Thero’s signature sound. The tropical approach to this tune seems so organic without being overdone. Kudos to Hotel Garuda and Thero for being able to collaborate on this feel-good track.

We always get real eager when a new Pomo tune drops, and the Canadian producer kills it with his latest, a remix of AlunaGeorge‘s “Supernatural”. The re-work starts off with subtle static sounds combined with Kaytranada-esque intro instrumentation (a fellow HW&W artist). As Aluna’s vocals come in, a funky bassline emerges with another catchy synth melody to create some groovy goodness. The original track is stripped down to the bare bone and, when Pomo’s signature elements are incorporated, the end result is a tune so addicting that we just can’t get enough of it.

It’s barely been a month since the release of Pomo’s stellar debut EP, The Other Day, but we’re already eager for more. His releases guarantee quality music, and we are definitely excited to see what he has in store for 2015.

Jerry Folk has been on our radar for quite some time now, and he never ceases to amaze us. Coming out with his first ever original, the Norwegian producer is stepping his game up big time. This track, titled “So Long”, is a creation of many sounds. Featuring BB Diamond‘s soothing vocals which are the perfect fit for a club banger like this one, this tune contains multiple elements that make it distinctive and memorable. The electro beat, the catchy synth and the retro bassline are some of the highlights.

It’s almost surreal how Jerry Folk manages to incorporate so many different sounds into his work. If there’s one thing you should know about Next Wave artists, it’s that they all have an ever-changing sound and creative mentality that could revolutionize the standard of electronic music. Here it is! The much anticipated, first ever original track by tropical powerhouse Kygo is upon us! Teaming up with Australian singer Conrad, who wrote the lyrics to “Firestone”, Kygo is taking a big leap towards making tropical house a household sound. This one gets us right in the feels. It starts off with some subtle piano chords that gradually fade in. Conrad’s powerful vocals definitely catch our attention and add character to the tune. Kygo’s signature melodic synth is featured in the beat drop. Being that is emotionally driven, this track is potentially becoming a club anthem to many.
