The fluent beat underneath the light airy sensation given off in this song will have you in a daze in no time. I truly can not get enough of this track. [Electro House] Ansol & Dyro – Top of the World

Labeling a song Top of the World sets a pretty high bar before the listener even hits play. Go ahead though you ninja hit that play button, no need to be scared of a let down here. What the collaboration of Ansol & Dyro have laid before us is a monster that will consume your ears many times at the next festival you attend this summer. Way back in March the mighty Afrojack even managed to squeeze this one by during his Ultra set. The Canadian and Norway collective known as Ansol consists of Aki Nair and Sebastian Soll respectively. Ansol truly bring their unique way of overlaying main synths with echoing clean glitch sounds and just sprinkle it all over this track. The Dutch producer Dyro then put his hands on this project bringing the universe shattering energy that all Holland producers seem to have perfected, Dutch schools must have DJ workshops set up through out grade school cause the amount of talented artist they are pumping out is getting ridiculous. The vocals help to implant the feeling, overcoming you many times, that you are simply on a journey sky rocketing towards the moon to feel as though, yes I’m going to say it, your on top of the world. High flying synths, low pounding bass drive these vocals all the way to Electro House salvation. Your just a couple of clicks away from taking the track from beatport here and throwing it into your weekend party list.

[Electro] WHO’S PANDA – Narcissist (Dirty Disco Youth Rework)

Take an Indie Rock track with a subtle hint of electro then add a not so subtle amount of proper Electro beef and you end up with this rework by Dirty Disco Youth. Pumping up the Swiss band’s song from second 1 this Hamburg Germany producer wastes absolutely no time opening up your ears to what his music is all about. A hefty electro bass carries the vocals all the way through, stopping only to allow a mello piano break momentarily before bringing all the noise back. The 21 year old really shows his experience to not overwork this track by adding any unnecessary flair. Reworking the original into a pounding Electro track Dirty Disco Youth continues to showcase the skills that got this producer of 7 years picked up early on by Steve Aoki, releasing a EP on Aoki’s label Dim Mak Records. Dirty Disco Youth now releases under his own label Oh My God It’s Techno Music.

[Dubstep] Pretty Ugly – Raw Coke

Today’s House Special: Raw Coke presented by in state collective Pretty Ugly. This duo hailing from Ninja state Colorado are made up of Timeline and Daytona Velasquez. All you Ninja’s were first exposed to them back in December when we introduced you to their The Almost EP. That was just the start of what they had in store for us. Keeping the momentum going they continue to combine the trip-hop influences of Daytona with Timeline’s vision of anything and everything dub.

As broken beat as they come this song delivers a true glitch sound entangled with small vocals that vibe just perfect with the track. Refining their sound since first starting together in ’07 this original really delivers. The jumping glitch sound from the high synths surrounds the the broken 2 step pattern of the drums all the way into the first drop where the duo really gets to show off their experienced producing skills. Finding hardworking under appreciated local artists like this who have really refined their craft is what keeps us all scouring the internet everyday.

With coming to The Music Ninja, you are surely looking for a song to make you dance or simply help make the craptastic day a tad better. Today we have for you just that, and it comes with the help of Berlin-native producer Wankelmut reworking the amazing original Reckoning Song by Asaf Avidan & The Mojo’s featuring Shlomi Shaban. Wanklemut took it upon himself to turn a courageously soulful original into the tenacious track, modernized for today’s consumption. No stranger to using orchestral instruments to drive the beat in most of his originals, Wankelmut remix of this classic only seems fitting. A driving and equally soothing deep bassline paired with the power and raw emotions from the original vocals, simply produces a fluid and majestic experience rooted in organic melodies. It is songs like these that really help bring more exposure to the electronic world. Unique in its delivery, rich in it’s flavor, this is surely 7 minutes of a sonic haven never to forget.
