Crywolf & Ianborg – Oceans [Dubstep]

After about a 6 month hiatus Justin aka Crywolf is back with a mesmerizing Original tune. Crywolf was formally “Cry Wolf” and featured 2 guys, it’s now a one man show, but still delivering some next level tuneage. Collabing with Ianborg on this track titled “Oceans”, it also features Justin with some dreamy and empowering vocals. The intro starts off slow with some euphoric synth work mixed with heavy bass and an incredible melody. Then dropping into some hot and heavy wobbles with a sound design resembling Adventure Club or Seven Lions. Cheers.

Also be sure to stay tuned for Crywolf’s upcoming EP titled, Ghosts, that will drop in April on Le Castle Vania‘s Record Label, Always Never. I had the pleasure of listening to two of the tracks on the EP, and they were both nothing short of amazing. Expect big things to come in 2013 from Crywolf!

Hope your ready to be trapped in this playlist. First off we got a Clip of Baauer‘s VIP of his anthem “Harlem Shake”, nothing else needs to be said about this insane tune. Next we got a sick collar featuring heRobust and gLAdiator. The highly anticipated DJ Snake and Alesia release, “Bird Machine” dropped on Mad Decent last week, don’t miss this one. Bird Peterson‘s most recent track is titled “Big Clappy Motherf**ker”, and features some hard hitting wobbles with some huge synths. Cashmere Cat can do no wrong, with yet another unique and jaw dropping track titled “Aurora”. Branchez Bootleg of Rihanna‘s track “Stay” is nothing short of amazing. Deadmau5 and Morgan Page‘s classic tune “Longest Road” gets a dreamy makeover from Embus-E. Major Lazer recently released a EP of Remixes, and this Hot Chip one is now free for download. This is the first release off Candyland‘s, Bring The Rain Remix EP, and it doesn’t get much better than this. The Dubstep heavyweights Brown & Gammon tackle Candyland’s track “Bring The Rain” and slap it with some flawless melodies mixed with the sexy vocals of Lexi Forche. B&G also some how find a way to incorporate some guitar riffs as well — this remix has it all. First off we got one of the dreamiest tunes around, from HYDRABADD and it’s titled “Sanctuary” featuring Abra on vocals. Next is Brillz official remix of Zedd‘s track “Clarity”, and boy is it huge. DJ Fresh and Diplo join forces on this track titled “Up (Earthquke)” with some clever Biggee Smalls samples and massive bass lines. Mayhem and Antiserum bring us yet another massive collab titled “Bangledesh” which is one of two tracks off their upcoming release on Firepower Records. Borgore and Carnage’s track “Incredible” get a healthy Trap makeover from rising heavyweights Heroes & Villains. This is a mind blowing remix of Flume‘s track with Chet Faker “Left Alone”. Bobby Tank is the one responsible for this blissful rework, that keeps you wanting more throughout the entire track. Euphoria is pretty much your only option after you start listening, so hopefully this should shake the Monday blues. Cheers

Mat Zo – Caller ID [Radio Rip]

Yesterday, Mat Zo‘s BBC Radio 1 Essential Mix aired featuring a diverse and amazing display of tuneage. This 23 year old producer has already gained support from some of the biggest names in the game, and recently dropped the Anthem “Easy ” with Porter Robison. This track “Caller ID”, has absolutely flawless progression and just gets better at all the right times. Featuring some dreamy vocals that are easy to get lost in, accompanied by impeccable drum work and unique melodies. Enjoy the Rip and we will keep you posted on the release date. Cheers

Butch Clancy – A Beautiful Mind LP [Album Review]

Some of you may know Butch Clancy for his insane Dubstep, but he produced Hip-Hop under the names Scott Thee Engineer and Beatzzeria for roughly 10 years. With that said, it comes as no surprise that this 808 infused Trap LP is nothing short of amazing.

The first track we’re featuring is “Pop That” which samples ‘Don’t Stop Pop That Pussy’, and Butch tweaks the vocals in all the right ways. Mixed with some presidential horns and incredibly unique sound design making this . Next is “Liarz Pt. 1” featuring some samples of everything from Skrillex to “Teach Me How To Dougie”. “Liarz Pt. 2” starts off similar to Pt. 1 but then drops into some heavy Trapstep, that instantly reminded me of some of Datsik‘s Trap VIP’s. Butch originally released “P&B” as a part of his Trap Tuesday free releases. But now teams up with A-1, and he spits some bars over this incredibly fire beat. One of the more unique tunes on the LP is “The Ratchet Anthem”, which features some huge horns and bubbling beats. The last track we have for you today is a titled “Lazy Twerk” and he samples The Notorious B.I.G. for another all out banger. Cheers
