[Remix EP] Krewella – Play Harder

Krewella recently released this mind-altering Remix EP titled, Play Harder and it’s chock-full of insane tuneage, featuring remixes from Chuckie, Dirtyphonics, KillaGraham, Mutrix, Cash Cash & Dj Kalkutta, Stephen Swartz, Pegboard Nerds, and Jakob Leidholm.

Starting off with Chuckie‘s dirty dutch makeover, transforming “Killin It” into Big Room electro banger firing on all cylinders. Next is KillaGraham, and he throws down a filthy Glitch Hop remix that starts with some heavy guitar mixed with infectious vocals; it’s another winner. Murtix drops a bangin Moombah remix capturing the filthier side of “Killin It” for one of the most unique tracks on the EP. Cash Cash & Dj Kalkutta’s remix has gotten some really good feedback, as well as the Pegboard Nerds remix which was released about a week ago.

[Preview] Swedish House Mafia – We Come, We Rave, We Love

Greyhound 2.0? Definitely has a similar sound design, but anything new from Swedish House Mafia is good news. The title “We Come, We Rave, We Love” is not confirmed yet but it should do for now. The intro is certainly orignal featuring a slow and steady build with random bleeps and sounds. The drop a harmonic melody mixed with some robotic vocal editing chanting, “We Come, We Rave, We Love.” No news yet on the release date, but we will keep you posted. Cheers

[Massive] Big Gigantic X GRiZ – Power

GRiZ has been killing it lately and now he decides to collab with Big Gigantic. Between the sexy sax from Big G and the infectious melodies of GRiZ, this one is just flawless. Their sounds couldn’t complement each other better and they deliver a funky soul sample mixed with piercing wobbles that hit at all the right times. Cheers.

Crizzly dropping some Trap, could today get any better? Crizzly says on his soundcloud, “Birthday Cake by Rihanna + Warp 1.7 by The Bloody Beetroots + Steve Aoki’s cake batter + Sylenth hoover preset + Crizzly = this song.” A few booming big room synths later and you have a Trap anthem. Madeon + The M Machine = Unreal. The M Machine reworks this already incredible Madeon production into an upbeat Housey track with a stunning infectious melody. The intro features some catchy vocal chops that slowly build into flawless synth work, creating a euphoric take on the massive original tune. Should have this one on repeat for a while, Cheers.

Krewella has no shame. This trio has been killing it this passed year, and recently switching it up a little with their most recent Drum & Bass single titled, “Come & Get It”. This mix has everything from Original work to insane remixes from, DotEXE, Mutrix, Candyland and many more.

They drop a massive DNB section featuring tunes from Skrillex & Nero, Sky Kidx, SPL, Pegboard Nerds, DANK, Sub Focus & Alpines, Bassnectar and their single “Come & Get It”. The song they stood out during this section was most definitely the remix of The Bloody Beetroots track “Rocksteady” from Shy Kidx.

Before you know it they flawlessly transition into an intense Moombah/Electro section, with brain scrambling tunes from Nadastrom, Mutix, Knife Party, Diplo, Milo & Otis, and Delta Heavy.
