[MP3 Playlist] Trap Dojo Volume #6

The last 5 weeks have had an overwhelming amount of Trap, week 6 is no different. In honor of Swedish House Mafia annoucing their last tour, it’s only appropriate to feature this massive remix of, “One”. Party Favor reworks this one in all the right ways, allowing you to once again fall in love with this tune. Meek Mill and Drake‘s track “Amen” get hard remix from Mighty Mi and Slugworth, featuring some grimey wobbles mixed some funky bleeps. The next two tracks are from RL Grime and as usual they knock hard, don’t miss these two. Dada Life‘s track “Kick Out The Epic Mother Fucker” gets a filthy makeover from ACE FUTURE. Rico Tubbs does unthinkable things to Stardust‘s tune “Music Sounds Better With You” starting with some hard vibes then dropping into some filthy Trapstep. Pretty big EDM influence on this weeks playlist, but you still got some tunes to knock on your next drive by. Cheers.

[Dubstep] Dodge & Fuski – Got 2 Come Together

Everyone please bow down, Dodge & Fuski are here and they brought some insane tuneage. I’ve had this incredible track stuck in my head all day, since first hearing it in Zomboy‘s Mix for Never Say Die that dropped a few weeks back. It samples some catchy vocals that instantly reminded me of “Got 2 Know” by Flux Pavilion. The wobbles in this tune are very unique featuring a distorted melody that hits almost too hard. Dodge & Fuski are on the rise so stay tuned and watch this bass powerhouse slowly take over the world. “Got 2 Come Together” is off the upcoming EP Bad Meaning Good scheduled to drop October 8th via Never Say Die. [Filthy] Mord Fustang – Champloo

New Mord Fustang, enough said. Everything thing this guy releases is nothing short of amazing, and this tune is just pure insanity. Sexy harmonic melodies is what we love Mord for, and this track has them sprinkled frequently throughout the entire amazing 2:00 preview. He changes it up a bit with a heavy Dub infused drop featuring some laser wobbles mixed with perfect breaks, this track will be on repeat for days. Can’t wait until the full release, we will definitely be covering it! Cheers.

[Trap] TrapZillas – Mush In The Trap + More Tracks

TrapZillas are one of the biggest upcoming Trap artists in the game right now. They have recently teamed up with Mad Decent’s Riff Raff on a couple tracks, as well as grinding out a bunch of Original tunes.

This first track is titled “Mush In The Trap” and features a catchy melody that is chopped at all the right times, mixed with their unique Godzilla screams and massive 808’s. Next is their track “You” which is by far the most melodic tune they have released. It also is seems to be one of their best received songs on SoundCloud, featuring some sexy vocals mixed with a very unique sound. “Pacoima Pride” features a funky guitar mixed with more massive 808’s that create yet another catchy and unique banger from these guys. Now possibly my favorite tune from them, titled “Chill” this one brings some massive hard hitting wobbles mixed with their classic Gozilla samples. Last is a Hip-Hop tune they produced with Riff Raff and Logic Ali, titled “Practice”. Cheers.

[Dubstep] Max Vangeli & AN21 – Bombs Over Capitals (Clark Kent Remix)

Every time I see a Phone Booth, I’m just waiting for Tal Levy AKA Clark Kent to hop out. This is one of the filthiest tunes that Mr. Kent has dropped to date, remixing “Bombs Over Capitals” by Max Vangeli & AN21. Yes there is a remix competition for this track but Clark Kent told me he wasn’t doing it for that, he just loved these incredible vocals. He utilizes the vocals perfectly while mixing in some relentless brain scrambling wobbles, definitely one of the best sounds he has produced yet. Make sure to blast this insane tune on the biggest speakers you can find, hopefully Superman himself will show up and rage with you. Cheers.

Paris Burns is hailing from none other the Denver, Colorado and pumping out high octane bangers. This artist has already gained support from the likes of James Egbert, and it makes perfect sense because their styles are very similar. Paris brings very hard and grimey Electro that keeps you wanting for more throughout the whole tune. The progression on this track, “Rumble In The Bronxx” is nothing short of amazing bringing a high energy sound design that would kill dance floors. Cheers.

[Remixes] Steve Aoki & Angger Dimas feat. Iggy Azela – Beatdown (Afrojack Remix) + (Larry Tee & Attack Attack Attack)

Pretty much anything that Afrojack touches turns to gold, so it came as no surprise that he destroyed this remix. Afrojack takes this tune to the next level starting with a dark intro featuring some creepy sounds while still sampling the original melody. Before you know it you have a bass heavy drop featuring classic Afro chords and an insane high pitch siren synth. He then tweaks Iggy‘s voice in all the right ways during this second transition. Our next remix comes from Larry Tee and Attack Attack Attack, and their take on “Beatdown” goes in a completely different direction. Starting with a standard drum section and the original hard vocals from Iggy, then slowly building into a mind-altering drop featuring a reworked take on the original melody. Cheers.
