Foreign Beggars have pumping out some fierce rhymes and even filthier collabs. This time teaming up with Trolley Snatcha a hot and heavy banger titled “Lock & Load“. Starting with some hard rhymes then dropping into Trolley Snatcha‘s classic grimey wobbles separated by flawless breaks. After first hearing a clip of this in Trolley Snatcha‘s set in San Francisco a couple weeks ago, this one made my day when it dropped a few days ago. Cheers.
When I heard Dillon Francis drop this in his set at Hard Summer my jaw dropped. I was even more amazed when I saw that it came out 5 months ago and I had never heard it. Jay Fay, hailing from St. Louis, Mo., made my brain melt with this insane remix of Bro Safari‘s track “Uncrushable”. This is my kinda Moombahton, hard-hitting relentless filth, that could scramble anyones brain on the first listen. It’s tough to decide which drop I like more, but these squealing wobbles mixed with bleeping sirens make for one hell of banger. After having this track on repeat for the last few days I understand why Dillon used it in his set. Cheers.
Feed Me does it again, he just pumps out banger after banger. We had previously been blessed with this track on Feed Me‘s mix for Annie Nightingale on BBC 1 along with 8 other unreleased tracks. This track delivers the classic Feed Me sound, making everyone bounce, starting off with some dirty electro wobbles. Then, it slowly builds into what some might refer to as an anthem — the breaks and fierce electro is what Feed Me does best. At 2:25 when Annie starts talking again is hands down the best part, with a little girls vocals chanting “FEED ME…..FEED ME”. He slows it down, only to pull out an insane Dubstep drop. Cheers.
In case you haven’t been blessed yet, Skrillex and Boys Noize joined forces and created a group called Dog Blood. If we’re lucky they will be run for president and slowly take over the world. But until then we have “Middle Finger” and “Next Order”. These two tracks were released on iTunes two days ago. On Sunday I saw Skrillex close out Outside Lands in San Francisco and when he dropped “Next Order,” words cannot describe how hectic it got. This track is just plain insanity, I was at a loss for words hearing it live, and it hits at all the right times, TURN UP THE BASS FOR THIS ONE. On the teaser that Skrillex posted on his Facebook about a week ago, he mentioned this as being “Acid Terror”. Others have gone as far to describe it as “Break-Acid-Tech-Noise”. Regardless what we call it, this collab is one of the biggest to hit the “EDM” scene in a long time. I like “Middle Finger” a little bit more, as it starts off with some glitch-acid-infused breaks and bleeps. Then we get some classic Skrillex vocal editing building into brain-scrambling filth that never lets up. Cheers.

If these two tracks don’t put a smile on your face, there is no hope. The Knocks deliver an official single single titled “The Feeling”, bringing another disco infused dance floor anthem. This is a track that can definitely hang with their previous anthems such as, “Brightside” and “Dancing With The DJ”, this one is going to be remixed by everyone and their mom. The vocals in this mesh perfectly with the upbeat tempo that The Knocks execute with every release. This next track is a remix they dropped a couple of days ago of The Sound Of Arrows track “Wonders”. I honestly don’t know which of these tracks I like more because once again there’s perfect vocal editing accompanied by nothing but baby-making synths and leads. Now these two tracks are all you should need to get you through your Thursday and have you raging all weekend. Cheers.
So we’ve already heard an amazing Dance remix from Candyland, and a funky French House remix from Cry Wolf. But now we have a filthy Dubstep remix of Adventure Club‘s track “Need Your Heart” from Portohype, and he pulls out all the stops on this one. Starting with an 8-Bit infused melody on the intro then building into some heavenly vocal editing leading into this massive first drop. Protohype enhances this already insane Dubstep banger and transforms it into an out of control remix with even a Trapped out second drop. Harmonic synths lead you into the final drop accompanied by Kai’s sexy vocals, this one this one is sure to melt you right into your chair. Cheers.
