The Trap Dojo Vol. 50
Pixies – Where Is My Mind (Bassnectar Piano Cover)
In Bassnectar’s most recent mix, he dropped a mesmerizing Piano cover of his remix for Pixies track “Where Is My Mind”. To say the least, it is nothing short of amazing, and allows you to fall in love all over again. The original bass heavy remix that Lorin threw down was epic on it’s own, but once you mix in some piano for the intro, you better believe it’s amazing. Odds are this track will never get released so here is a rip from his most recent mix titled, “Immersive Music Mixtape – Side One”. Cheers.
[ANTHEM] Calvin Harris feat. Ayah Maar – Thinking About You (Firebeatz Remix)
Thinking About You (Firebeatz Remix)
Firebeatz absolutely murders this remix of Calvin Harris and Ayah Maar‘s track “Thinking About You”. This track first caught my attention when hearing in a recent Knife Party set, and it’s nothing short of amazing. At first I couldn’t figure out what was more surprising; the fact that Knife Party played a Calvin Harris song, or the fact that it was legendary. None the less this song gives summer some more life, and is sure to hit every festival soon enough. Cheers.
The Trap Dojo #48 [MP3 Playlist]
Starting off this weeks Trap Dojo we got a massive remix from Ta-ku of The Aston Shuffle‘s track “Can’t Stop”, and it’s sure to be on repeat all summer long. Next is another summer time anthem from DJ Snake, and he throws his own spin on Aluna George‘s mesmerizing track “You Know You Like It”. Kill Paris running the trap? HugLife dropped an Edit of Tiesto & MOTi‘s track “Back To The Acid”, and he tweaks it in all the right ways. Butch Clancy remixed Candyland‘s track “Castle Of Affair” and brings some filthy laser infused synth work. Yet another DJ Snake remix, this time he tackles Duck Sauce‘s glorious track, “It’s You”. The second half features some Love Trap tunes from Rustie, CRNKN, Mr. Carmack, K Theory, BeazyTymes, and Falcons. Cheers.
[NEW] Baauer & BenZel – Rich People’s Theme Song
Another heater from the none other than Baauer, this time collaborating with BenZel. The track is titled “Rich People’s Theme Song” and features some catchy Hip-Hop samples, massive 808’s, massive bells . The vocal edits throughout this track is nothing short of amazing, and the drop is just as satisfying as the rest. This was ripped from Eclair Fifi’s In New DJs We Trust show, and there is no news on the release date yet. Cheers.

DJ Snake remixes Major Lazer‘s hit off their last album, “Bubble Butt”, and transforms it in a a Twerk anthem. Do Or Die feat. Childish Gambino (Flosstradamus Remix)
Title says it all, Flosstradamus remixed Flux Pavilion and Childish Gambino‘s track “Do Or Die”. This bass heavy track from Flux was already a huge production, with that said, Floss throws a nice twist. With some subtle but on point vocals edits, and two satisfying drops.
