Yuksek – Extraball (The Noisy Freaks Remix)

Bringing an irresistible baseline to Yuksek’s Extraball is fellow french duo Charles Marcon and Julien Chapron, aka – The Noisy Freaks. Sounding very much like a cross between Sneaky Sound System and Wolfgang Gartner with vocals provided by Amanda Blank, the two boys have created the perfect beach party track that’s just oooooh so catchy.

Having just signed to Italian label ONION, The Noisy Freaks are on a roll. They’ve already shared a stage artists like Toxic Avenger, Steve Aoki, The Zombie Kids and Flight Facilities, and with sweet remixes like this, it looks like we may well be seeing them a lot more!

[Dubstep] Zomboy – Pump It Up

Wow, this just took me by surprise. British dubstep producer Zomboy has just released his new Game Time EP and it’s tearing up every soundwave possible.

I can’t say I’d heard of Zomboy before stumbling upon Game Time, but the 22 year old producer has really impressed me. Born in Penzance, England – he seems determined to create utter havoc with his sounds drawing comparisons from that of Skrillex which is no bad thing in my eyes. From all the tracks on the EP, this one really stood out – but hop onto beatport where you can get hold of all the rest.

Some seriously happy vibes for you today! Maria Apetri, aka – Fallulah, has been given some extra funkybass, cowbells and crisp guitars by Shook’s latest remix. The original single featured on her last album ‘The Black Cat Neighbourhood‘ and the remix has finally been made available for download via Shooks SoundCloud page.

Yet again, Shook has taken a good track and formed the perfect ‘feel-good’ remix… it’s hard not to like everything Shook is pushing out right now!

Rolling off the back the success of his DJ Fresh remix, London producer Flyte One seems of kept up the high standard of beat making with this ‘top notch’ remix of M.I.A‘s Paper Planes. The track seems perfect for the beach setting and creeps into the un-labelled “chillstep” catagory that a lot of producers like to dip their feet into. Real name Tim Storey, Flyte One also drums for From A Great Height … who said drummers are useless ay?!

The duo have one of the strongest partnerships in electro and together have been working on this EP for quite some time, leaking tracks along the way. Finally the EP is ready to be unleashed on the dancefloors and the blend of Osawa’s Techno Tokyo meeting Chamber’s Belgian influence is simply awesome. French DJ/Producer Daze has just dropped a super fresh remix of electro popstar Ellie Goulding‘s track ‘Stary Eyed’ that you’ve gotta hear. Sounding more frenchy then a Celine Dion singing “Le Tricolore” – the popping beats and upbeat feel is enough to give you some serious RSI from tapping those feet and nodding that head.

Going under the ‘real name’ of Mister B, Daze started back in 2009 and has gradually gained more and more momentum with his last remix of Passion Pit gaining a lot of attention.
