#4 Electro House Charts
Hypster – The Uprising (Original Mix)

’Hypster – The Uprising’

Fast forward to 1 minute and you’ll hear how epic this track from Hypster is. Released on Plasmapool Records, Hypster is one of many amazing new talents coming from the label but this track from his EP “The Neon Uprising” forces you to sit up and pay attention. Buy On Beatport

#5 in the Dubstep Charts
Reija Lee, Kito – Sweet Talk

’Reija Lee & Kito – Sweet Talk’

Already on the favourite list of Skream – Aussie Producer Kito and vocalist Reija Lee are gaining a lot of attention with their latest EP which is getting released on EDM dominator Mad Decent. Featured on almost every blog I follow, this track won’t blow you away with bass – but it will fit perfectly in that place between chilling and partying. Buy On Beatport

#3 Electro House
R3hab – The Bottle Song (Original Mix)

’R3hab – The Bottle Song (Original Mix)’

After his last belter remix of Abigail Baileys track, Dirty Dutch boy R3hab is back for more. Now firmly under the wing of Afrojack and being released on his Wall Recordings label – R3hab has stuck to his bouncing Dutch Electro signature sound and created a corker of a track. Buy On Beatport

#2 Techno Charts
Fatboy Slim – Rockafeller Skank (Koen Groeneveld Remix)

’01 Rockafeller Skank (Original Mix).mp3′

Fatboy Slims classic ‘Rockerfeller Skank’ just got thrown into a sea of beats and pops and has come out oozing with charm. This remix is all about the chunky beat created by Dutch DJ/Producer Koen Groeneveld, so much so that you almost forget this is a remix until Fatboys acapella weave back in again… brilliant. Buy On Beatport

[Electro] Klaxons – Echoes (Designer Drugs Remix)

Klaxons - Designer Drugs Remix

This remix from Designer Drugs stays true to their angry/intense style we’ve come to love. Sounding like they’ve just beaten up the Klaxons with a fist full of bass – the boys have gone all out here and shown no mercy! Weighing in at 4:30 min long (plus fade out) – the whole track is really underpinned by a darn right dirty bass line which is what Designer Drugs do best. This one didn’t feature on their recent monster Datalife 14 mixtape that we posted a few days ago, but we’re glad it landed in our inbox!

[Mashup] Steve Angello vs. Diddy Dirty Money – Knas Is Coming Home (Marco V Mashup)

Dutch producer Marco V has taken 2 huge tracks and seamlessly mashed them up – resulting in a corker of a mix that will be getting a lot of play over the summer. Featuring Swedish House Mafia giant Steve Angello and the vocals from the trio Diddy Dirty Money, the original drop is replaced with Angello’s bass pounding track – ‘Knas’.

Bit of background on Marco V because, ashamedly, I had never heard of him!. He gained his reputation back in 1996 as the resident Friday night DJ at De Danssalon, a bad ass massive club in Eindhoven and he’s continued to produce some huge tracks under his label TAO Recordings. Calvin Harris recently dropped this track in one of his sets, affirming his support for our newly found Dutch friend.

[Electro] Adele – Set Fire To The Rain (Plastic Plates Remix)

Plastic Plates aka Felix Xavier has done what a lot of producers have attempted and failed to do – produced a quality remix of an Adele track! Sounding like a cross between ‘I Crave Paris’ by Aeroplane and Tensnake’sComa Cat’ – this track has blends beautifully with Adele’s voice and trounces on the tidal wave of Adele remixes out on the world wide web! Featuring on Magician’s new Magic Tape 10, it’s obvious that this LA born producer has got a gleaming future ahead of him and you may well want to keep a close eye on his Souncloud page for more releases!

Swedish House Mafia – Save The World Tonight (feat. John Martin)

Recently, Steve Angello debuted the new Swedish House Mafia single “Save The World Tonight” at the Future Music Festival in Melbourne and people went absolutely nuts for it. Since then we’ve been eagerly trying to get hold of the track – and here it is (radio rip)! The vocals of fellow swedishman John Martin that are quite simply amazing, adding a very Coldplay feel to the track. If you live in the UK (as I do) then no doubt you’ll want to get yourself over to see Swedish House Mafia at there sold out 2011 UK tour.

Enjoy this one 🙂

[Fresh/Electro] Laidback Luke + Steve Aoki + Sidney Samson + Hardwell + Redial

So had a flick through Soundcloud and found a few gems I thought I’d share with you all today.

Laidback Luke & Steve Aoki feat. Lil Jon – Turbulence (Sidney Samson Remix)
This remix from Sidney Samson gives you full permission to go a bit nuts. The original mix dropped in February on Beatport on Laidback Luke’s own label Mixmash Records – and with more than half a million views of the track on Youtube, it was only a matter of time before we saw some killer remixes coming to light. Enjoy this one!

Hardwell – Encoded (original mix)
Hardwell‘s new track has finally dropped! Tiesto and Guetta have already given this the thumbs up by including it in their recent sets and with such a feel good sound – this track will definitely be coming to a club near you!

Buy on Beatport

Redial – Anxiety
Why do I like this? I have no idea! Redial‘s older track Venom track got my attention a few months ago, but his continued experimentation in dirty sounds is what keeps me coming back for more. This track is no exception, and the transition from funky electro to (at 3min) grunge is perfection on a stick!
