Kiss The Devil (ASTR Remix)
There’s always something remarkable about artists that can harness wordly and atmospheric sounds in an effort to give a tune depth that it wouldn’t ordinarily have. While Philadelphia based indie rockers Bel Heir already had a emotionally charged tune dialed up with crackling static and haunting bell tolls, ASTR has stepped in and crafted uniquely enveloping tune using parts of “Kiss the Devil,” in this brand new remix.
With deep, luscious bass hits, New York based ASTR have turned an indie pop tune into a down-tempo gem, charging forward with dialed up drum hits and sultry vocal treatments. The only problem we’ve found with these two different takes on the same song is which one to throw on the next time we have that “special someone” over.
