I Love You, But
We’ve had a musical crush on NY/LA based indie vocalist BETS for quite some time now. Eight months ago when we first stumbled onto her infectious sound, we were captivated by the wistful tune, “Rooftop Lover.” Coupled with it on her self titled EP was “I Love You, But”, which we’re happily premiering the music video for today.
This playful take on John & Yoko’s “bed-in” idea has a sweet retro spin. Covering a topic that everybody is all too familiar with, here’s what BETS had to say about the concept of the song:
the video captures the tug of war of being entangled with a new lover.
Filled with the type of whimsy you would expect from this up and coming indie crooner, BETS delivers another addicting song coupled with a well composed video.
