[Electronic] eltiano- Duo

eltiano
Dou

Elton Peters is eltiano. A photo taker, creator, and music maker who resides in Cork, Ireland. With less than a year of experience producing, 19-year-old eltiano delivers gold with ‘Duo’, a euphoric take on the hit single, ‘Do You’, from Miguel. This remix was started back in August and finished sometime last week after Elton suddenly found the drive to finish it. It would have been a shame if we had to wait any longer for its release. He resembles a certain group of rising producers on this record, like Gravez, and is a charming addition to their party. His kit knocks and liberates you from feeling anything but the warm vibrations. Enjoy this record.

All I Need (Prince Fox Remix)[Astralwerks]

NY-based producer Prince Fox has been on a roll with new releases! Putting his new trap sound to an experiment with his side project Mr. Ghost, the do-it-all producer continued the hype by putting out a collab remix with Hotel Garuda, hitting a quarter million plays in less than a week. To keep the ball running, he released this remix titled “All I Need” on Astralwerks, originally by Norwegian indie electronic duo Lemaitre. This tune is an exploitation of his signature synth-wave sound, in which Prince Fox now masters and takes it to a whole ‘nother level. The instrumental-heavy electronica shapes his style of music, resembling the glitching sound by the almighty Flume. It’s one of those tunes you just have to listen for yourself, because words cannot describe how incredibly addicting and catchy it is.

Prince Fox’s music has become more complex and diverse as exemplified by these recent releases, and we could not wait to see what else he has in store for us. Definitely one of the most exciting artists to watch in 2015.

[House] Notize – Meadow Run

Notize
Meadow Run

Danish producer Notize released this fancy original track through Next Wave Records, and it’s as juicy as it gets! Straying away from the usual house sound, Notize manages to create a unique tune that’s filled with a mellow and ominous vibe. The slower house beat is accompanied by a series of bouncy bassline, giving it a spacey feel. The breakdown in the middle of the track spaces out the epic buildup towards the end, togerther with the hollowed vocal samples, these things help bring out the dreamy tune even more.

We can say that his work is definitely as glorious as the artwork of this track. This gem is available as a free download on Notize’s site. Make sure to stay tuned for more dope content from the talented producer.

[Chill] Teen Daze – A World Away (EP)

2015 is already shaping up to be a great year of music. Teen Daze is back! With A World Away, he continues on a path of masterfully crafted, ambient instrumental pieces that perfectly supplement the cold winter months we’re currently sitting in. When it comes to Teen Daze, even with his remixes, he approaches his music more with the mind of a composer than just a producer, which is extremely evident in songs like “Reykjavik, January 2015” and “I Feel God In The Water.” The overall atmosphere of his latest EP centers on, and perfectly exemplifies, the idea of utter escape, finding a calm center, and creating a chance to truly relax in the midst of the constant noise and stress we experience every day.

This EP is hauntingly beautiful–juggling the balance of a command of space, environmental elements, and cathartic resolves throughout that weave an intricate tapestry of sound with minimal piano and textbook Teen Daze ambience. If you find yourself in need of clearing your head, A World Away will be one of this year’s best ways to do so.
