Summer is nearing its end, and for many of you that means school has probably already started. Just because you’re stuck in a classroom though, that doesn’t mean the summer spirit is locked away. Here at The Music Ninja, it’s our job to remind you of that tingling sensation that you get when you step outside and the sun’s rays touch your skin for the first time. Given that it’s almost Labor Day weekend, we’d like to provide you with a temporary reprieve from the daily monotony of your life and help take you back to the sweetest days of your summer. What better way to do that then to provide you with the perfect soundtrack for your weekend barbecue?
We’ve already shared two amazing playlists with you this month, starting with our illustrious Indie collection, followed by a dope selection of Hip-Hop and R&B tracks. Featured down below is probably our strangest playlist in the series. Though we call it our “Alternative” list, this collection includes a wide array of songs that didn’t quite fit into any of our other categories. Featuring everything from shimmery synth pop to pulsating future bass, in many regards this one best captures the true essence of summer, as we meld together sounds from all over the map into one lovably chaotic concoction.
