We wish “I Wish” came out along time ago so that we could have been enjoying it already. The collaboration between KYLI and Krys Talk has been released through ICON today as a free download, so there’s no reason to miss out on this one.

Future bass has been over-saturated for a long time, but despite that there are still some people pushing out great tracks within the genre, just as these two acts have done. “I Wish” has the personality that a hit has, one that will take you by the hand and guide you into the fun times ahead. Light, airy and incredibly spunky, this single is just the one you need to help kick off the weekend.

Even though FRND just released the single (and music video) for the song “Be Happy” that wasn’t enough. To expand the single further, FRND enlisted the help of Syence for a sweet official remix that you get a first listen to in this Music Ninja Premiere.

Syence keeps a somewhat similar vibe to the original, but adds in his own future bass touches to the mix. In its new form, “Be Happy” is a bit more bubbly, with a slightly increased groove that makes it a bit more dance-able and light-hearted. Enjoy a first listen to Syence’s take and check below to see just what the producer had to say about taking on this project.

Even though we’re nearing the 250th edition of our Friday Party Playlist, we’re not getting tired of it one bit. I mean, who doesn’t like to end their week with some bangin’ records that can also be downloaded for free? Each week we collect the dojo’s favorite freebies from the past seven days and deliver them to you, so that you may take them with you as you party your heart out over the weekend. Henri PFR – Flames [TMN Premiere]

Everyone loves emojis, except for some old people who can’t seem to figure them out. In today’s premiere of Henri PFR‘s music video for “Flames” we get a barrage of emojis in a simple, yet cool animation. Released through Sony Music, this single lives up to it’s name as it is certainly a hot one.

However, since the song abides by the future bass sound, cool might be a better word to describe it. Regardless of what wording we choose, just know “Flames” is a great record. The music video works as a lyric video, but instead of words, the lyrics play out in emojis. It’s a playful video that we ninjas have had the honor of hosting for you in this premiere. Friday, our favorite day of the week. It ushers in the weekend, the two days we look forward to every day from Monday through Thursday. Friday also marks the day we get to deliver all our favorite free downloads that we’ve been collecting. In this week’s edition we get some quality hits from the likes of Ashdown who starts things off, CRAY, Valentine, FIGHT CLVB (this one is extra hot), The Golden Pony, Bijou and many more. Arkade Records had a hot one come out this month from Oakland California’s Ken Loi. His single “Hollow” features the lovely Liv Miraldi whose performance will hook you in tight. Together these two made a future-filled jam that we can’t get out of our heads.

Ken Loi’s masterful blending of genres makes this song what it is. By himself it would be great track, but with the addition of Liv Miraldi this song goes from great to stupendous. It feels familiar, yet the style is fresh to the ears. Arkade has always put out great records, but this one is one of our favorites from both their camp and Ken’s.
