“Unforgettable” is the new single from MEDZ released on Be Rich Records. The Auckland duo didn’t go at creating this song alone as they enlisted the help of their fellow New Zealand brother Kings. Although the song follows the future bass format, MEDZ and Kings were able to deliver something with a bit more unique than we are used to.

Together these two acts were able to create a song that at first feels like what we’re used to, but after a few moments you appreciate the subtle, yet powerful differences. “Unforgettable” is just that, it’s going to be cemented in your brain, playing over and over again. The minimal composition leads to this one’s catchy factor being exceptional and given the cool sound design it gives it that extra bump it needs to be a next level future tune. Kill Paris takes a bit of a different direction with his new single “Good Love.” Released on Sexy Electric, this free download still has a hint of the future sound, but blends the line between it and trap. It’s an interesting route that we didn’t expect when we heard the producer was coming out with a new one.

“Good Love” won’t disappoint. Despite the sound not being what we may be used to, Kill Paris still managed to put together a great song. Good vibes ooze from this soft-hearted single whose minimal sound makes for an easy listen. It’s a versatile track that can be enjoyed in several circumstances, so don’t be surprised when you come back to it over and over. Kill Paris is looking to have a big year in 2017 and he’s off to a good start.

2017 is going to be an unforgettable year for Melvv. He kicked off the year with a #1 Hypem single and he’s already back with another song. “Lifeline” is his collaboartion with vocalist Dana Williams that has been released today through Yebo Music.

Melvv is known for his indie future sound. “Lifeline” isn’t missing that signature and together with Dana he has another hit on his hands. “Lifeline” is a bubbly, chilled out midtempo production that has quite a lot of character. Sometimes indie/future producers lack in giving their singles that undefinable spark that gives the song life, but Melvv is able to do that time and time again. His songwriting on this single shows he keeps progressing, while Dana Williams gives a performance that will rip your heart out in the best way possible.

We can always count on black collective to deliver some next level records. Their LPs are some of the best in the world. They’ve previously released two as a part of a compilation series that gives money to charity. The chosen charity this time around is Give A Beat.

In partnership with Cadence & Cause, these compilations serve not only as beacons for musical evolution, but also as philanthropic pillars in the dance community. Artists like Kompany, ESQ, Adair, Revazz and Tuslo come back with some extra hot fire that is well worth the donation price. The third volume of black. rolls deep with a whopping fourteen singles.
