The Chicago twins jump back on the original grind with this one, coming off their acclaimed remix of P!NK that you should check out if you haven’t yet. With “House Partyy” we get a genre-twisting, clubby tune that continues with the duo’s plan of giving their music away for free. You’ll want this one, trust us. Everyone knows P!NK. Everyone knows her hit single “Get The Party Started” from 2001. It didn’t need an update, but it got the perfect one from the new duo Birthdayy Partyy. After releasing their debut original just two weeks ago, the twins are back with this remix.

They come in with their guns blazing with bass and boisterous breaks. This is a remix done right, and released right. Aside from the free download that’s available, the song is up on Apple Music because of the groundbreaking company Dubset that clears (most) unofficial remixes. Upon hearing it you come to the conclusion it should be taken in as an official one. Check it out and see for yourself.

Let’s disregard the week and start the fun early with “Crazy” by Born Dirty off Insomniac Records. This party-pumping jam is just what you need to shake off the cobwebs that have been forming on your fun since work/school started on Monday.

One of the most underrated genres out there is Jersey Club. The legendary figure in the movement, R3LL, has come through the pipeline with a hot new EP released on Dim Mak that absolutely needs your full attention. This is A JERZ Love Story.

With A JERZ Love Story R3LL has four classics on his hands all mashed together masterfully in one project. From beginning to end you’ll be dancing along and having reaction after reaction of “damn did he just do that?” With so much greatness it’s hard to pin down a favorite – which we couldn’t do after listening through several times. It’s just that good of an EP. Listen for yourself and see if you can pick a favorite.

[Festival Preview] BUKU Music & Art Project – Where Art Comes to Life

Watch out New Orleans! BUKU Music and Arts Project is coming March 9th & 10th to the party of all parties in downtown New Orleans. As expected, this festival is bringing the underground industrial nature of techno culture back to the festival circuit with an incredibly diverse genre-crossing line up that will keep you movin’ and groovin’ for two days straight.

Get lost in the multi-genre performances from electronic acts like Bassnectar and Borgore, rock bands like A Day to Remember and MGMT, hip-hop artists like Migos and Isaiah Rashad, and tons more. Talk about buku bands! There will also be live street art, custom-made industrial art installations, local food vendors, and a ton of “pop-up” performances to keep the thrill alive.

Sydney Australia’s Starley just dropped her single “Been Meaning To Tell You” about a month ago adn we’ve been playing it here and there ever since. Now, we’re proud to premiere an extension of the original with a remix by Brisbane’s Odd Mob.

Odd Mob’s interpretation of the Starley’s pop hit is devilishly seductive. Their house grooves captivate the ear and lure you into their playful production.
