[Secret Ninja Pass] This Week at Beta 10/29 – 11/1

Alright, ninjas. We’ve been hooking you up with free entry to Beta over two years now. We know you’ve had some epic times, catching some of the most legendary talent EDM has to offer, and we’re on board to keep this thing going. So, we’re once again giving you an opportunity to check out the best night club in North America for free. What all do you have to do to get in? It’s pretty damn easy. Just follow these steps:

– Head to the front door and enter the club before 11 pm on Thursday, Friday, and Saturday. Get there before 9PM on Sundays.
– Show this post to the cashier (Valid for 21+ only).

[Event Preview] Global Dance Festival Arizona – Rawhide – 11/20

There’s no doubt in anyone’s minds that we’re heavy supporters of Global Dance Festival. Originally started at Red Rocks Amphitheatre in Morrison, Colorado, this brand is now branching out across multiple cities and states. Next up in this quickly-growing series takes place in a location that we couldn’t be more excited about – RAWHIDE.

Nestled in Chandler, Arizona, RAWHIDE is a replica 19th century western town. By now you’ve probably realized that attendees of this festival will be fully entrenched in a wild west style party come November 20th. Needless to say, we’re already on the hunt for some wranglers, a 10-gallon hat, and a sweet flannel.

If you’d like to see Deorro, Big Gigantic, Gesaffelstein, Mija, Sweater Beats, RL Grime, Cashmere Cat, and a handful of other top-name acts playing in an old western town, you have two ways to go about doing so.

1. You can purchase tickets right here.

Without a doubt, Halloween has become one of the single biggest days of the year in the U.S. music industry as far as simultaneous mega-events occurring from coast to coast. And as you may have noticed, we’re offering a number of amazing giveaways across a plethora of amazing cities. Of course, it just wouldn’t be right unless we included our friends in the greatest city in the world: New York. Known for their excellent music curation and overall visual and audio experiences (check out the amazing recap video from their last event ‘Elements’), we’ve teamed up with our friends at BangOn!NYC to offer up a pair of tickets to this year’s ‘Warehouse of Horrors’ in East Williamsburg. This year’s Halloween event is absolutely loaded from top-to-bottom across a number of tasteful dance genres with TMN favorites including last month’s ‘Resident Artist’ Hayden James, as well as Salva, Louis The Child, The Juan Maclean, Pumpkin, Action 52, FDVM, BOGL, and The Golden Pony. To get our blood pumping a little more, we’ve put together quite the eclectic dance playlist below featuring tunes from this year’s headliners which should have you jacking away the foreseeable week.

But, the fun doesn’t stop there either. We’re offering one lucky reader a pair of tix for the ‘Warehouse of Horrors’ and we’d love for it to be you!Entering our contest is as always, beyond easy. WOLV Records brought the heat straight from the studio of its label head Dyro with “Like A Boss.” Dyro, who’s currently at ADE, has had some killer records in the past, but this one especially blows us away. The bass house phase that electro is going through is turning up some quality records, but Dyro takes his own path to bring forth something that has a little extra oomph and style behind it. “Like A Boss” is more than a burst of energy; it’s an all out barrage of aggressive bass samples that will stop at nothing until you are dancing your ass off. He surprised us with this one, but we’re glad he did. After a little delay, the song was finally released, so it is currently available on Beatport for those of you who want to toss it on your digital devices.
