Flo Rida ft. Robin Thicke & Verdine White
I Don't Like, It I Love It (Kasum Remix)

Following the Blink 182 remix, Kasum is back with another infectious jam. Taking on “I Don’t Like It, I Love It” by Flo Rida, the NY-based producer provides a future bass rendition on the Top 40 track. Kasum manages to keep it fun and entertaining throughout the short duration of the tune, as there’s never dull moment. Cleverly sampling the whitsling, Robin Thicke‘s vocals and Flo Rida’s verse, it all results in an incredibly catchy song that’ll make you move up and down in a heartbeat.

With this release, Kasum once again proves that he can do it all. From progressive house to future bass, he can produce any trending sound for mass appeal. Out via Atlantic Records, this tune shows a new side of Kasum’s talents. Make sure to show some support if you like what you hear!

[Progressive] Jaymes Young – I’ll Be Good (LYNOS Remix)

Jaymes Young
I'll Be Good (LYNOS Remix)

LYNOS has a love of infectious melodies and epic drops, as shown in his previous remixes. This time around, the LA-based producer puts his own spin on Jaymes Young‘s “I’ll Be Good”, and the result is phenomenal. Bits of pieces of the original are kept to retain the organic sound of the track, including Jaymes’ sexy vocals and guitar fills. The massive drop steals the spotlight, as heard from a series of bold synths and drums. LYNOS wanted to bring out the powerful message behind the lyrics to the song by using hard synths while keeping the folk elements of it. It’s one of those tunes that could up your adrenaline level a few notches.

It’s once again proven that LYNOS is the future of the electro-pop/progressive scene. Make sure to keep him on your radar, as we’re very excited to see where his music takes him.

[Progressive House] Smallpools – Karaoke (Halogen Remix)

Smallpools
Karaoke (Halogen Remix)

Alex Dunsker & Josh Taylor of Atlanta make up the house duo Halogen, who have a new remix to share. Halogen had their turn at “Karaoke,” a single off Smallpools’ debut album LOVETAP!, and released it for free a few days ago.

“Karaoke” was flipped for the Summertime adventures that are just starting to be had. Soaring melodies lift the song to astral levels, and with such a big sound you can’t help but to think this would explode in a festival setting. The duo’s sites had to be on that for this, and if they weren’t, they pulled off a whopping record regardless. Get your free copy, and if you’re a fan of indie/alternative, then check out the original.

[Progressive House] Fun – Some Nights (Cignature Remix)

Fun
Some Nights (Cignature Remix)

Fun has kept quiet since their breakout album, Some Nights, of which the title track and “We Are Young” saw incredible play time on radio waves across the world. Revitalizing the indie-pop band with a free-spirited remix, Cignature – a side project of an unbeknownst artist – introduces themselves the world via a “Some Night” rework. Coupling the warm vocals of the original alongside a bustling, computerized progressive lead, the veiled Boston-based producer accents the pop in the “indie-pop” band by evolving Fun’s sing-a-long flair into an even more catchy counterpart oozing good vibes. Available for free download, Cignature’s opening remix is an undeniable statement that this will not be the last time we hear from them or their sound.
