Point Point‘s single “Hands” featuring Denai Moore was a sonic treat that we, along with many others, fell in love with. Now the producer has brought on a few remixers to take on the original, including R.O. Today we’ve got the premiere of his take on “Hands” in the dojo.

R.O keeps a similar poppy style to the original, but strips down some of the more future elements. What makes this remix particularly special is the fact that R.O keeps it developing from beginning to end, never leaving you back where you already came from. It’s a great minimal flip that is recognizable to the original. R.O knocked this one out of the park without a doubt. Enjoy this one thoroughly over the weekend!

The New Zealand resident hip-hop head Hoody Time is back in the dojo. To kick off the end of the week we’re presenting his newest single “KNOCK” in this premiere. Not only do we have that, but we have a little bonus content for you from camp Hoody Time.

“KNOCK” is a fun track even by Hoody Time standards. He always cooks up off-the-wall tracks that are lively and exciting, but here he gets a bit “goofy” as he states in his own words. The track was produced by Public, aka Justin Manas the former drummer of Stray From The Path. Hoody Time is always a good time, as you’ll see from “KNOCK” as well as the music video for his single “Backpack.” Take some time to experience each and stay tuned for more from Hoody Time!

After supporting several records from the mAsis trio, we’re happy to premiere their latest single! Their original “Choices/Burdens” can be heard here in the dojo first. We couldn’t pass up sharing such a beautiful track with you as the seasons begin to change.

We’re proud to have Deux Twins back in the dojo with the premiere of their new remix. Well if you didn’t notice from the article title the sisters switched up “Bodak Yellow” by Cardi B.

Deux Twins keep the overall hip-hop vibe of the original while adding in some of their own dance-driven elements. As two party-popping DJs, they know what gets people on their feet and this remix will certainly do that. It’s not jam-packed to the brim with too much energy, instead focusing on creating a groove that people can connect to. A unique song stands out above the masses. The more unique, the more it stands out. “Tell Me Again” by Infuze, Team EZY and FATHERDUDE is like Shaq in a baby nursery, you can’t miss it. Today we’re the first to share this one-of-a-kind single, as well as its music video in this premiere thanks to Fool’s Gold Records.

“Tell Me Again” doesn’t hold itself to a genre, although some could make the case for future bass given its influence from the more experimental side of the genre. Together Infuze, Team EZY and FATHERDUDE cooked up a song that is as spastic as it is amazing. The introduction sets a smooth stage that the drop shatters into oblivion in the best way possible. Grime isn’t something I listen to on a daily, or even a weekly basis. I can’t even remember the last time I did, but now I’m all about it in the form of “Rain” by JETSET. This free download is just too unique not to love.

JETSET doesn’t take all the glory on this one as he enlisted osotyt to hop on this percussion-heavy beat. Together they pulled off a cool, but brooding single.
