Almost 2 years ago, Australian duo Yolanda Be Cool dominated the techno house scene with the infectious and viral track “We No Speak Americano” (A collab with producer DCUP). This week the duo is getting ready for the release of their new album by releasing the first single ‘Foreign Affairs’. The flamenco infused track that takes some inspiration from “We No Speak Americano” but.. not entirely, even they had a tough time explaining:
“It would be kind of misleading to say this tune is taken from Yolanda Be Cool’s forthcoming album, because it isn’t. But then it kind of is. The album version features the vocal talents of………..but in the meantime……you could call this the sample version. Tried and tested by YBC in all their sets, since making it in Ibiza last year, this version won’t be released. So it’s a gift from us to you…just in time for Miami…”
