There’s been a natural progression between rock and dubstep lately. Both can get gritty, hard, and make you wanna bang your head. And by bang your head, I mean it in the traditional metal sense, not in the sense that some of you are banging your head on the desk with another dubstep song.
With this progression taking place, it’s only natural for us to see some old school hair metal thrown in to the dubstep scene. Now for this particular remix, Nashville born Wick-It the Instagator, has taken the back drop of “Shout at the Devil” by the legendary Motely Crue, infused it with some Tears for Fears vocals, and laid it all down on a wicked drumstep bassline. If you didn’t already drive your neighbors crazy with your music, this is sure to send them to the management office.
