The corky Bay Area native, Kreayshawn, burst onto the hip-hop scene with her massive single “Gucci Gucci” back in 2011. Since then, she has expanded her following and received cosigns from a variety of artists all the while continuing her strange, entertaining evolution. With a stream-of-consciousness flow and a truly creative style, Kreayshawn is sure to catch your attention at the very least.
On her most recent single, Kreay teams up with super-producer Diplo and New Orleans bounce music mainstay Sissy Nobby for a track worthy of its name. Diplo, who has a history of spotting talent, creates a bouncy, bass-injected instrumental and gets behind the mic for a warped, but addictive, chorus. Kreay delivers with her signature steez and Sissy gives us a taste of her unique vocals as well.
