SALVA
Drop That Bitch ft. Kurupt, ScHoolboy Q, Problem, Bad Lucc

LA-based producer Salva has done the world a favor with his latest release, bringing together some of the West Coast’s finest emcees for “Drop that Bitch.” Combining the classic sample from Eazy-E’s “Cruisin in my ’64″ with contemporary electronic and trap elements, Salva melds past and present Cali sounds to create the perfectly energetic backdrop. As the various rappers from different eras, crews, styles and popularity drop equally impressive verses, we are yet again reminded of the quality of hip-hop in Los Angeles today, as well as its rich library of classics.

This gem was released along with the announcement of Salva’s new record label, Peacemaker, and an upcoming mixtape of the same name. In the words of  The Chronic, “This should be played at high volume. Preferably in a residential area.”
