Sir Michael displays some of his high-energy, creative rhymes over an instrumental driven by classic strings and heavy percussion. The more relaxed flow of the young, skilled Rockie Fresh, a recent MMG signee, contrasts perfectly to that of the Cool Kid, while the production of J. Hill and iamLpeezy, also Chicago-based, ensures that the midwest sound shines through. Sir Michael’s Lap of Lux is set to drop on August 2nd and will kick off what should be a great month for music.
