As most of our readers are well aware, we like to cover a quality range of music genres from indie and folk to hip-hop and R&B; but sometimes, we really like to dig deep, polish off our finest dancing shoes and drop some jack on our readers (see: Friday Party Playlist). So, although we missed the debut of “To Be” from underground Aussie house benders Human Movement, we had to push this one out to round out the day’s dance vibe. Displaying shades of early Bromance Records intensity with the keen house sensibility and groove-first mentality we’ve seen on such prominent dance labels as Defected and Get Physical, “To Be” is exactly the kind of scampering 3:00 a.m. house this writer was calling for heading out of the weekend and into another work week.
