There’s always something appealing about softly strung acoustic guitar, meticulously written lyrics, and soothing vocals. Even more appealing is the fact that Rod Sharpels, who is Four Quartets, writes all the music and performs most of the instrumental parts on his own. When someone is that much of a perfectionist, you know you’re going to have something good to listen to. Plus, who doesn’t enjoy a great one-man-band?
