Madrid
There’s nothing quite as infectious as wanderlust, right? Something crawls under your skin and commands you to get out and explore the world. Much like that unavoidable subconscious command, “Madrid” carries a similar heft, demanding that you soak in all that is Polarsets.
Based off of a seemingly unforgettable trip to the capital of Spain, “Madrid” is a playfully engaging musical experience driven by driving percussion work, light, undistorted guitar riffs, and tropical synths. Reminding us of a combination between St. Lucia, Two Door Cinema Club and Mew, this Newcastle-Upon-Tyne four-piece carries a significant pop presence with them in their latest release.
We’ve pressed play a few times, and don’t intend to stop anytime soon. We expect you’ll experience the same phenomena.
