The cake-loving Ripsy May of Los Angeles has finally released her follow up single to “Black Wine.” Born in Latvia, London grown and now settled in LA, the honest artist is here to shake things up with a realistic brand that focuses on the art. She’s a one-stop shop for anything, writing, producing and ceating her own visual material.
As far as music goes, she’s already caught the attention of many fans with only one release. Now, she’s got another, and it’s a doozy. “When In Love” is an indie single with folk sensibilities that has more groove than you may expect at first. Ripsy’s song builds and grows on you, expanding and generating new emotions as the music progresses. With so much art being watered down, it’s nice to here a strong female come in with something so natural and expressive.
