Ah, Sunday afternoon. The time for nursing headaches, cleaning up mess, and reflecting on the night that was. In every ninja’s training it is important to understand that you can’t go all out everyday, so in that light we’ve prepared for you a selection of laid-back tunes that are gentle on the ears and good for the soul. Perfect for you to settle into your Sunday chill sesh.
We start off with my favourite of the bunch, a gem from JNL I discovered buried within the latest Solé Fixtape from Treasure Fingers. It’s as smooth as the finest chocolate, with generous helpings of gooey guitar goodness layered throughout. Next up is some new stuff from Shook, who is always a reliable source of gentle summery listening. Another one to note is a remix of Snoop (while he was still in canine form) that is so chill it could tame the heart of any lion.
