Awesome episode for Chuck Fans! and more importantly for music fans as well. The latest episode of season 3’s Chuck featured music soundtrack by relatively fresh new songs from indie/upcoming artists Rogue Wave and Austin Hartley-Leonard & Kendall Jane Meade.
What conflict surrounds him on Episode 11 Chuck Vs The Final Exam? Well as any student trying to become a master in the craft, the final exam represents the last and ultimate obstacle he needs to conquer in order to become a spy. At the end of the episode Chuck does become a spy… but is he a real spy? Only the ones who have watched last nights episode will know!
When Chuck drops buy the Orange Orange store to talk with Sarah about dinner, the song playing in the background is Permalight by rock/Lo-Fi Californian band called Rogue Wave. This electronic rock/pop tune comes off their latest album sharing sames with the song itself, ‘Permalight’.
and just as a BONUS I have included Rogue Wave’s Good Morning also off their ‘Permalight’ which was released 2nd of March.
Bonus: Rogue Wave -Good Moring [THIS WAS NOT ON THE EPISODE]
And quite frankly what is Chuck without some soft and warm, completely mellow song in the mist of any sad conversation Chuck and Sarah may have? While predictable as it may be, the music being used is what makes these moments all the more frustrating special. The very delicate soundtrack song playing in Episode 11 was sung by Austin Hartley-Leonard & Kendall Jane Meade titled ‘In My Sleep’.

And I think there might have been one more song when Sarah gives Chuck his mission for the first time: Daryl Hall & John Oates – Private Eyes but still not sure. Please confirm?
