The Kills were amazing. Maybe it was the fact that I had been waiting so long to see them? Maybe it was the fact that it was free? Who knows, but everything I hoped it would be for an afternoon show with The Kills, it totally was. Thank you Spin for an awesome day of bands.
With the release of their new album, approaching quickly, the anticipation won’t let up. I am more than stoked for this album. I may or may not be a die hard fan. No judging. Anyway, “Baby Says” was a new one they played for us at SXSW. Raw, edgy, gritty. Just the way I like The Kills. Did I mention I’m stoked for this new album?
